1.2L bribe taken by lawyer from Farmer

A 47 Year
old lawyer caught taking bribe from farmer on Monday of Rs 1.20 Lakh in areas
under the jurisdiction of MIDC Cidco police station .His name is Kalyan
Madhavrao Shelke who lives in Shivajinagar.
Actually the case was the farmers land dispute
for pending in the office of paithan Phulambri Subdivision office . The lawyer
was not clearing his case and shelke initially demanded Rs 1.50 Lakh For
clearing the land dispute .But farmer bargained and the bribe came till
1.20Lakh . Then the farmer launched a complaint with ACB officials in presence
of public servants.
The case
which he did on lawyer went against the
farmer .And the lawyer got that something is planned by the farmer and he refused
to take bribe and the trap by ACB failed and finally the case of demanding
bribe was registered against the lawyer in MIDC Cidco PS before he was arrested
by ACB
