Rs 35k stolen ornaments seized

On Monday
crime branch police squad have seized stolen gold jewellery items worth Rs
35,000 from suspected woman shoplifter . The shoplifter was identified as
Shabana Feroz Shaikh ,her age was 40 and she lived in Sanjaynagar ,Baijipura .
According to to story of shopkeeper shabana came into shop and asked for
jewellery rings and she took three rings and medals and requested to show to her husband .As her
husband was not there she requested him to take rings,medals and show to her
husband and buy .And the intelligent shopkeeper trusted that women and gave
rings medals and than when the shopkeeper trys to contact the lady was missing
and than the shopkeeper reported the incident to the Jawaharnagar police.
A team was
sent to the spot and headed by PSI Amol Deshmukhand he started checking each
and every CCTV Footage of the shop . In meanwhile PSI got a secrate information
about the involment of thr shabana in the crime and got to know about her plan
.She was planned to seel to shop Bullion merchant in Baijipura on Monday .And
has been caught handed to jawaharnagar police station .and the shopkeeper was
told not to such sort of mistake and police handed the woman and jewellery to
police station and the all items were recovered
